In order to use services from Ravi's Fitness Store. or engage in a sale with a Ravi's Fitness Store representative, you must : (A) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form and payment authorization form or through initial phone sales consultation and (b) maintain and promptly update such registration and payment authorization information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete.

By signing any contract provided by Ravi's Fitness Store or using " www.ravisfitnessstore.com " the parties agree that Customer shall purchase from Ravi's Fitness Store and Ravi's Fitness Store shall sell to Customer the equipment described within the invoice provided (“Equipment”), on the following terms and conditions:

The term Equipment means the following exercise and related equipment sold by Ravi's Fitness Store to Customer.
